We operate on a privately owned farm. To respect the landowners the address will only be given to those families enrolled in the program. The coordinates provided below will take you to beginning of the road where the forest school is located. Coordinates are provided below the map. If coming from the Teays Valley area the farm is located just 3 miles away from Confidence Elementary School. It can be accessed from several different cities, including: Cross Lanes (20-25 minute drive), Poca (20-25 minute drive), Teays Valley (25-35 minute drive), Charleston (40-45 minute drive), Sissonville (20 minute drive), and Ripley (30-35 minutes).

2nd Location: Camp Appalachia
We are excited to announce the opening of our second Forest School location, Camp Appalachia! Camp Appalachia has long been a beloved destination as a summer camp for children, and we are thrilled to bring our Forest School program to this special place as guests during the school year. Nestled on 150 of beautiful acres in Teays Valley, Camp Appalachia offers an incredible natural environment for children to learn, explore, and grow.
The property features a scenic pond, several hiking trails, and expansive woodlands that provide endless opportunities for hands-on discovery and outdoor adventure. We look forward to welcoming both new and returning families as we begin this exciting new chapter and continue our mission of inspiring lifelong learning through the outdoors. We are so grateful to Camp Appalachia for allowing us to use their beautiful property during the school year.
