Enrollment Application

Please note there is a $25 dollar application fee. This fee will be used as a scholarship fund for families to enjoy Wild & Wonderful. You must fill out an application for each child you wish to enroll in the program. If accepted into the program you will be responsible for paying a $75 dollar enrollment fee. This can be paid through the HOPE scholarship or out of pocket.
